Since its founding in 1990 Faith Christian Academy has been providing quality Christian education to young people from the Rio Grande Valley.
Our K4-12th grade Christian school serves the Palmhurst, Mission, Edinburg, and McAllen, TX areas of the Rio Grande Valley. We are a college-preparatory school that seeks to educate young people from a biblical perspective and to aid parents in training their children to love and serve Jesus Christ.
There will be no school on the 26th and 27th due to teacher training days.
Your student has received a booklet to fill out if they want to participate with the School Mall fundraiser. This is one of the easiest programs we do in that all you have to do is fill out the yellow booklet which your student brings home. Each child who fills out this booklet will receive a prize. If they return the completed booklet within 24 hours, they will also receive a bonus prize. Additionally every student who turns in a completed booklet will be entered in a drawing to win a 3 ft. tall talking robot. Somebody at FCA will win the robot, so make sure you fill out your yellow booklet to be entered in the drawing.
This Friday at 6pm, we will be hosting our annual Alumni basketball game. We would like to invite all of our alumni to join us that evening for a great time of fellowship.
FCA will be hosting a Christmas Bazaar this Saturday, December 10 from 10am to 5pm.
We are excited to announce our annual Walker Scholarship Banquet on November 2, 2011. This banquet is to benefit our scholarship fund which enables needy families to attend Faith Christian Academy. As we all celebrate Thanksgiving and thank God for His great provision for us, let’s be praying about how we can be a blessing to others. You will be receiving more information about this event in the coming days. If you would like to purchase a ticket or be a sponsor, please stop by the office.

Come join us on Saturday, October 29th from 4-8 pm for Faith Christian Academy’s annual Fall Festival. This event is being hosted by the Parent Teacher Association of FCA and the proceeds go directly to benefiting the students of FCA. Activities will include horse rides, a moon jump, an obstacle course, a dunk tank, a mechanical bull, a NASA Gyro, a rock wall, hay rides and lots and lots of free candy along with many more games.
This event is not just for kids but has plenty to entertain people of all ages. Come join us for a night of fun. Everyone is invited.
Come visit our Scholastic book fair this week at FCA. We will have the book fair open daily(October 24th-29th) after school. Remember, if you want good students you must first have good readers.
All parents are invited to attend the PTA planning meeting for the Fall Festival tonight at 7pm. The Fall Festival will be held on October 29th. If you would like to help, please come at 7pm tonight.
